This site is intended to provide sufficient information on Taoism for a motivated person to educate him or herself from a point of knowing nothing about Taoism to using the methods of the 1,500 year old 4 Ascendant Sphere Tradition to achieve a balanced, happy life. Spiritually inclined individuals should also have enough information to acquire karma, and get themselves to significant self-awareness.
Most visitors use the site to retrieve a few bits of information about the marvels of Taoism– a perfectly acceptable and intended use of the website.
If you require explanation of an article or additional information, you are welcome to place a question into the comments section of an article where it will be addressed by Master Steenrod, one of his highly experienced mentees, or a practitioner of the 4 Ascendant.
This site is supported by mentoring fees, and course package fees. Thousands of hours have gone into the production and testing of content for free. A team maintains and upgrades the site with new capabilities as mentoring fees allow.
Donations are not accepted as is standard practice for the older Taoist, non-hybrid traditions.

Purchases have a 30 day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. In the event a customer is dissatisfied with a purchase, we will accept the return of the purchased product for up to 30 days from the date of a purchase and refund the purchase price of the products. The product must be new, and in unused condition with original packaging.
A. The customer must email us at customerservice@the-taoism-for-modern-world.com for a return authorization number. Packages arriving without an RMA will be returned unopened.
B. Goods must be new and in unused condition. Goods that are not new and unused will be returned to customer. Customers will be required to pay for return shipping.
International Orders
The Ship to and Billing Address on all International Orders must match or the order will be cancelled. Customer is responsible for all customs charges. Water Mountain reserves the right to cancel any international order, at any time.
European Union and United Kingdom Course Orders
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to accept course enrollments from the E.U. or U.K. due to the need for VAT compliance. If you are placing a course order from either place, it will auto-fail.
